Tasha vom Berendhaus

Tasha is a great family dog equally happy lounging by the TV or romping outside with the horses..  She is affectionate and personable, social and confident. She is great with children of different ages including our toddler daughter.  She is great with horses  and does not mind an occasion cow.

Tasha has started her training in Schutzhund and basic obedience and has shown some promise.  However her current owners had decided not to proceed with her training at this time.  She is a very athletic dog with great stamina and keen mind.

Gaert van Herkenrode

Gaert, a.k.a. Gunner, is an excellent dog around the house.  He is confident and calm around strangers and alerts his family of newcomers.  He is great with children, other dogs, and horses.  Though not overly affectionate, Gunner is very devote to his family members.

Gunner has had some training in all aspects of Schutzhund and had done well while in training.  Due to other commitments Gunner's owners were not able to continue his training.  However he did show great promise and has good amount of both prey and defensive drives.  He is a serious worker and currently enjoys life of leisure with his family, horses, and formerly some cows.  He is a constant companion on long walks with his owner and enjoys his early retirement on the farm.

Scruffy Ruff is the most personable and affectionate Giant I have met so far.  He is always happy to be around people and will happily accompany me on any endevour.  He is very obedient and exceptionally responsive dog. 

While Ruff has a good amount of prey drive we feel that he would best be suited for an active family who enjoys spending time outdoors.  Ruff could also excell in competitive obedience, agiliy, or tracking. 

He is not aggressive and gets along with any dog.  He is also good with small children.  Please contact us for more information on this male puppy.
